Teen Chef Camp II (Ages: 12 - 16)

Service Description

Dates: August 5 - August 9 Time: 9:30 am - 1:30 pm Ages: 12 - 16 This camp is designed for our older students! This is Part II of our Teen Chef Camp - where teens learn the next level of proper culinary skills. This week we'll dive deeper into more advanced knife skills/cutting techniques (real chef knives), Next Level of Cooking: Intermediate Sauce Making, Sauteing, Dough Making, Desserts, Plating, Kitchen Safety & Food Safety. On the last day of Camp = Families will join us for a Teen Chef Dinner Experience from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm - where our Teen Chefs will serve their families the wonderful meals they created during class! (No more than 3 family members per teen.) Menu: Ratatouille, Buttered Chicken w/Naan Bread, Cheesecakes & Much More!

Cancellation Policy

All Services & Products are Non - Refundable. $15 Class Transfer Fee $50 Camp Transfer Fee Birthday Parties: There is a $50 Party Transfer Fee if the date of the party needs to be changed. (Please note - availability to transfer a party date depends on dates that are available on our Birthday Party Booking Schedule.)
