(For Chefs, Bakers, Caterers, Business Owners & anyone needing extra space to cook.)

Pop Up Event Space Rental: $400
Ideal for hosting Food/Restaurant/Retail Pop Up Events. Client responsible for setup, breakdown & clean up. Access to Fully Equipped Kitchen to Cook & Bake Meals.  Must bring your own pots/pans, cooking utensils, detergents, bleach, sponges/cleaning cloths, etc
No Grease Laden Cooking on Stove Top. 3 hours
 
Part Time Package #1: $250 Monthly
(Max of 15 hours per Month)

Part Time Package #2: $350 Monthly
(Max of 25 hours per Month)

Part Time Package #3: $450
(Max of 35 hours per Month)

Monthly Add Ons:
Cold & Dry Storage: $65 - $100

Process for Using Our Licensed Kitchen Rentals:

  • Setup 15 minute Kitchen Tour: Call (804) 418 - 3921 or VictoriasKitchenLLC@gmail.com

  • Electronically Sign Our Kitchen Contract

  • Pay Electronic Invoice (Non-Refundable Deposit ($100), Kitchen Application Fee ($50) & First Month's Rent

  • Add Victoria's Kitchen to your Business Liability Insurance. (We MUST have a COI as Proof -  before you are able to use Our Kitchen Space.)

  • Secure a Chesterfield County business license: Estimated Cost $10 (This can be done at the Chesterfield County Business License Building, located at 9901 Lori Road, Room 165 Chesterfield, VA  23832)

  • Obtain Chesterfield Department of Health License: $40 application fee paid to Chesterfield County Health Department
