Pop Up Event Space Rental: $400
This option not available for Weddings. Ideal for hosting Food/Restaurant/Retail Pop Up Events. Client responsible for setup, breakdown & clean up. Access to Fully Equipped Kitchen to Cook & Bake Meals. Serving Counter & Restaurant Setup Available. No Grease Laden Cooking on Stove Top. Up to 4 hours

Essential Event (20 - 24 Guests): $1,000
Ideal for weddings, receptions, celebrations, conferences; lasting up to 2.5 hours
Includes: Room set up to include all tables & chairs, Our staff to clean up, Access to Refrigeration & Freezer, Ability to Warm & Store Food as well as Storing Dishware in Fully Equipped Kitchen.  No Cooking in Kitchen/Only Warming. Add on Available for Cooking in Kitchen Package.
 
Premier Event (25 - 30 Guests): $2,000
Ideal for weddings, receptions, celebrations, conferences; lasting up to 4 hours
Includes: Room set up to include all tables & chairs, Our staff to clean up, Access to Refrigeration & Freezer, Ability to Warm & Store Food as well as Storing Dishware in Fully Equipped Kitchen.  No Cooking in Kitchen/Only Warming.  Add on Available for Cooking in Kitchen Package.

Ultimate Event (31 - 40 Guests): $3,000
Ideal for weddings, receptions, celebrations, conferences; lasting up to 5.5 hours
Includes: Room set up to include all tables & chairs, Our staff to clean up, Access to Refrigeration & Freezer, Ability to Warm & Store Food as well as Storing Dishware in Fully Equipped Kitchen.  No Cooking in Kitchen/Only Warming.  Add on Available for Cooking in Kitchen Package.

Platinum Event (41 - 52 Guests): $4,000
Ideal for weddings, receptions, celebrations, conferences; lasting up to 6 hours
Includes: Room set up to include all tables & chairs, Our staff to clean up, Access to Refrigeration & Freezer, Ability to Warm & Store Food as well as Storing Dishware in Fully Equipped Kitchen.  No Cooking in Kitchen/Only Warming.  Add on Available for Cooking in Kitchen Package.

Payment in Full is Required to Book Date
$500 Refundable Security Deposit per Event. Refundable 2 days after event - if no damages occur.
A Credit Card MUST be kept on file.
