Menu: Day 1: Chicken & Dumplings & Lemon Riccota Cake AND Day 2: White Chicken Chili & Sugar Cookies w/Frosting Skills Learned: Seasoning, Saute, Southern Dumpling making, Stew Making, Homemade Buttercream Frosting, Cookie Decorating/Pipping Techniques, Math/Measuring, Teamwork, Fine Motor Skills, Communication & FUN!
