Students will make Stuffed Chicken wGravy, Savory Curry Garlic String Beans & Homemade Yeast Rolls while learning kitchen safety, cooking skills, teamwork, and creativity. Winter Camp: Dec 21st - Dec 22nd (9:30 am - 12:30 pm): Day 1: Chicken & Dumplings & Lemon Riccota Cake AND Day 2: White Chicken Chili & Sugar Cookies w/Frosting Winter Camp: December 28th - December 30th (9:30 am - 12:30 pm): Day 1: Savory Shepherd's Pie & Sweet Potato Cupcakes w/Maple Frosting, Day 2: Savory Beef Stew w/Honey Butter Cornbread & Day 3: Hearty Beef Chili & Applie Pie Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting Spring Break: March 29th - March 31st (9:30 am - 12:30 pm): A variety of cake making such as Ginger Carrot Cakes with Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting, Lemon Blueberry Cupcakes with Frosting, Creamy Savory Shrimp and Grits, Buttermilk Biscuits, Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken over Garlic Whipped Mashed Potatoes & much more! Menus are subject to changes and adjustments due to vendor availability, etc.
