Students will make Stuffed Chicken wGravy, Savory Curry Garlic String Beans & Homemade Yeast Rolls while learning kitchen safety, cooking skills, teamwork, and creativity. Winter Camp: Dec 21st - Dec 22nd (9:30 am - 12:30 pm): Day 1: Chicken & Dumplings & Lemon Riccota Cake AND Day 2: White Chicken Chili & Sugar Cookies w/Frosting Winter Camp: December 28th - December 30th (9:30 am - 12:30 pm): Day 1: Savory Shepherd's Pie & Sweet Potato Cupcakes w/Maple Frosting, Day 2: Savory Beef Stew w/Honey Butter Cornbread & Day 3: Hearty Beef Chili & Applie Pie Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting Menus are subject to changes and adjustments due to vendor availability, etc.
